These Terms and Conditions apply to the website and services operated by High Hopes PTE IELTS ("High Hopes", "we", "us" or "our"). By using this website, sending an enquiry, booking a class or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
If a written enrolment, booking or service agreement gives you additional terms, that document will also apply to the relevant service.
2. Our services
High Hopes provides English proficiency test preparation and education services, including PTE, IELTS and NAATI CCL coaching, mock tests, study support and demonstration classes. Course content, timetables, teachers, delivery format and availability may change so that we can maintain and improve the service.
Our coaching is designed to support your preparation. We do not promise a particular test score, exam result, visa outcome, migration outcome or employment outcome.
3. Enquiries, enrolment and payment
- Information on the website is general information and is not a guaranteed offer of a place in a course.
- Your place is confirmed only after High Hopes accepts your enrolment or booking and confirms the applicable fees and arrangements.
- Fees, payment dates, class schedules, cancellation arrangements and any refund eligibility will be communicated in the relevant written booking or enrolment information.
- You must provide accurate contact and enrolment information and tell us promptly if your details change.
4. Student responsibilities
You are responsible for attending classes, completing practice work, following reasonable instructions and treating staff, tutors and other students respectfully. You must not record, copy, reproduce, share or sell our course materials without our written permission.
5. Website use and intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, lesson materials, downloads and other content are owned by or licensed to High Hopes unless stated otherwise. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial learning only. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or use our content to provide competing services.
